We the officials and employees of the Municipal Government of Coron commit to:

• Attend all assigned functions, duties and responsibilities promptly and with utmost courtesy;
• Deliver quality public service to all clientele regardless of their social conditions;
• Utmost consideration shall be afforded to women, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, and other disadvantaged sector;
• Every complaint grievance and concern of client shall be treated judiciously, fairly, harmoniously and with reasonable dispatch;
• Aspire for best practices and desired standards to minimize if not eliminate mediocrity in the performance of frontline services;
• Regular dissemination of information to the public using tri – media, when necessary;
• Establishment of Public Assistance Complaints Desk to assist clients while transacting business with the Municipal Government; and
• Adopt appropriate working schedules to ensure that all clients who are within the office premises prior to the end of official working hours are attended to and during lunch break and after regular working hours. The principles of sustainable development, is ecologically – balance and climate resilient, supported by a vibrant economy, responsive infrastructure, and empowered citizenry under a transparent and efficient governance.
